How Pricing Works

Honest pricing for custom work.

The Build Investment (One-Time)

Covers everything we do to get your AI system live: on-site Discovery, custom build, integrations, deployment, training, and 30-day monitoring. Paid at signing (Tier 1) or split across milestones for Tier 2 and Tier 3.

The Monthly (Hardware + License)

Two things rolled into one: (1) lease of the dedicated hardware we own and maintain at your location, and (2) licensed access to your custom-built agent platform. This covers ongoing tuning, optimization, remote support, software updates, and continued accountability to the system performing.

Who Owns What

You own your data. We own the hardware and the agent platform. You license access to operate it. This is the model that lets us keep investing in the platform — every client benefits as we improve it, at their current MRR. If you ever end the relationship, you receive a full export of your data and we reclaim the hardware. No data hostage situations, ever.

What’s Not Included

The only costs outside our pricing are direct passthrough: Anthropic API credits (your account, your usage), OpenAI credits (optional, for voice features), and any third-party software your AI talks to. We’ll walk you through what to expect on Day 1.
